What it costs
$19 / month per Pipedrive company — flat, regardless of how many users on your team create invoices or estimates. Billing is monthly and handled securely by our payment provider (Paddle); we never see or store your card details.
14-day free trial
Every company starts with a 14-day free trial that begins automatically when you install the add-on — no card required to start. You'll only be asked to subscribe once the trial ends, and everything you set up during the trial (connections, mappings, invoice history) carries straight over.
What's included
Everything the add-on does is in the one plan — there are no locked features or upgrade tiers:
- Create FreshBooks invoices and estimates from any Pipedrive deal, prefilled with the deal's client, currency, and line items.
- Convert estimates to invoices without leaving Pipedrive.
- Automatic paid-status push back to the deal, with optional stage advancement.
- Client and product ↔ item mapping, with automatic email-based matching.
- Historical invoice backfill, linked to the right deals.
- The floating control panel: connections, sync status, mappings, and a full activity log.
- Light and dark themes that follow your Pipedrive appearance.
Billing questions
You remain responsible for your own Pipedrive and FreshBooks subscriptions, which those providers bill separately.
