Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pipedrive × FreshBooks add-on (the "App"), provided by [FILL IN — your legal company name] ("we", "us", "our"). 1. What the App does
The App integrates your Pipedrive account with your FreshBooks account, allowing you to create and manage FreshBooks invoices and estimates from Pipedrive deals, sync clients/products/taxes between the two systems, and reflect FreshBooks payment status back onto Pipedrive deals. 2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have an active Pipedrive account and an active FreshBooks account to use the App. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data in both connected systems and for maintaining the security of your own Pipedrive and FreshBooks credentials — the App only ever uses OAuth 2.0 and never sees or stores your passwords. You must have the necessary permissions in both Pipedrive and FreshBooks to authorize the integration.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates Pipedrive's or FreshBooks' own terms of service, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the App's infrastructure, or use the App to send spam or process data you don't have the legal right to process.
4. Fees

The App acts as a bridge between Pipedrive and FreshBooks; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either Pipedrive or FreshBooks. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or data issues originating from Pipedrive or FreshBooks directly.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invoice/estimate data will always sync without delay — you're responsible for reviewing invoices/estimates before sending them to your customers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [your company name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed [FILL IN cap, e.g. amount paid in the preceding 12 months, or a fixed sum if the App is free].
8. Termination
